     and other care teams to deliver a holistic and coordinated one-stop home care 

     experience

     Elderly patients  who are with any of the following types of illness such as

     Dementia, Diabetes, Depression, Alzheimer's, stroke, Heart Disease, Parkinson's.

     Cancer patients, Bed-bound and wheelchair patients.

      RESPITE CARE SERVICES

    Our Respite Caregivers are local nurses / Local Caregiver  who are able to provide 

         part-time or full time care for short term assignments.

       Typical engagements include:

• Full time care after hospital discharge, while waiting for the Live-In Caregiver to arrive,
• Post-operative recovery assignments (4 to 8 weeks),
• Half day support for cancer patients,
• Support during day off of the Live-In Caregiver, etc.
